I had an excellent experience with Ballymore's completions team and particularly with Emily. She demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, promptly addressing all my inquiries with precision. Emily's willingness to assist and her kind, open demeanor made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Her quick and helpful responses significantly contributed to my positive experience, reflecting the team's commitment to outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Ballymore's completions team, especially with Emily at the helm.

Our heater didn’t work on Friday night…

Our heater didn’t work on Friday night and so we emailed Aftercare for help. I am very glad this was dealt with promptly on the first working day (Monday), and an engineer Eddy came in on Monday afternoon to check everything. He is very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Ballymore do not care about any resident, avoid

I would strongly advise anyone to never buy or lease a property from Ballymore, or one managed by them.

They have demonstrated over 2 years that they have 0 care for residents and homeowners in East London, no action will be taken in regards to serious formal escalations and damages caused by their teams and they do not even respond to emails for 3+ months, but we pay extremely high service charges.
The management team are not only incompetent, they are unprofessional and have 0 interest in the legal rights and wellbeing of residents who pay their salaries.
Venetta Malik is one of the most incompetent I have had the displeasure to come across.

I'm not one for escalations without cause, but after almost 2 years and no changes I am now pursuing Ballymore legally which would have been easily avoided with some teams that care to do their jobs.

Avoid at all costs.

Many thanks to Voytart‘s help to…

Many thanks to Voytart‘s help to understand how to adjust the TRV valve and the relationship between the Heatmister and TRV thought I still yet to know the use thoroughly until try and error again. So it is best to have video or even tenant gathering to share experiences about the facilities in our apartment. Nevertheless Voytart gives me a lot of knowledge about the ventilation in the apartment that made me have optimum use of the facilities. Thanks a lot for the help of Aftercare team’s support.

Eddie Review

Eddie was amazing today! He solved all issues extremely quick and in a lovely manner. Further, he took the time to explain how the radiators/ heating system works & showed us how to manage it.

Brentford Project home coming!!

Moved into my new apartment this week in the fantastic new development by Ballymore, the ‘Brentford Project ‘

It was a great moving in experience made that much easier by the completion team led my the very helpful Emily
Ballymore offer luxury living in prime locations so anyone thinking of this type of lifestyle, worth looking on the Ballymore website

The Brentford Project: great customer service

We have just moved to The Brentford Project, and we are very pleased with the service we have received from the customer service team. They have been attentive at all times, ready to address our queries and assist us. Special mention goes to Rebecca Smith, who has been our point of contact for the past year and has greatly facilitated the entire process. This has been immensely valuable to us as first-time buyers.

In my opinion, up to this point and pending the evaluation of the aftercare service, the company deserves a 5-star rating.

My front door didn’t quite fit properly…

My front door didn’t quite fit properly with tracked rubber liner at te bottom and this kept coming out. Technical team from Ballymore came and fixed this. Professional, timely, polite, interested and owned the issue. Very impressed.

Had a great experience with Aftercare…

Had a great experience with Aftercare team at the Brentford project to solve a cooling issue that was persistent for some time. They were very efficient and I am glad they solved this issue during the summer.
