Been using the rifle for a few weeks after receiving and it broke during a rehearsal and they said they would help me get a new one because of the warranty but still have yet to receive any response

The replacement rifle will be shipping today, and the tracking will be sent to you but if your mailbox is still full at that time, you will not receive this information either. The website is very confusing. It took me three or four tries before I was able to order the product I wanted. The shipping fee for ground is ridiculously high

High shipping costs
Charging $20 to ship one silk is outrageous in my opinion.
I understand that the 3rd party carrier is the one setting the shipping costs. Still, it’s really high. How much does it really cost to ship one flag? Maybe you should look at the 3rd party carrier and find one with more reasonable prices.

MY SON IS in Florida and bought shoes…
MY SON IS in Florida and bought shoes and had them delivered to him since we are from Indiana. Even though Fed Ex claims it was delivered the hotel staff said no delivery came. Now I 'm out $110 cause we don't know where these shoes are. Very dissapointing.

Awesome Flag bag!

Rifle Mix-up
We had a mix-up with the rifle that I ordered. We ordered a 37.5” but received a larger rifle on accident. Upon realizing the mix-up, we got a free delivery of a replacement rifle. The rifle that I now currently have is amazing. After taping it, it’s high quality, durable, with a very nice, sturdy strap. Great product, and great customer service. (During this entire process, we had full trackable order numbers as well)

I got my package the very next day
I got my package the very next day! Which more than impressed me !!! The prices are good , EXCEPT the charge of $20.00 extra if you don’t buy a minimum of five flags. This is for my daughter to get extra pratice at home for her team , and because of that extra charge almost convinced me to buy elsewhere. The extra charge makes the “good pricing “ a wash …. So that part was disappointing…. However !! You know that before completing your purchase !! Over all I’m happy !!! Would and will purchase again when need be !
