I ordered a shower tray and enclosure, and the silicone; they arrived broken—even the silicone arrived damaged.

Order number 1004004370940, ordered on 8th aug, by the 17th aug still no delivery, tracking number that was provided isn't active, called bathroom takeaway, apparently they cant get hold of the delivery company and will call back, still waiting, reply by an agent called jack repeated the same. Very poor.

Easy website to navigate through and payment system was hassle free. Very competitive pricing and my 4 x Victorian style cast iron radiators arrived within days, all very well packaged. The quality of the radiators exceeded my expectations. I’d highly recommend using Bathroom Takeaway, not only for the quality of the product (for me Victorian radiators), however, the pricing was unbelievable and came perfectly packaged.

Please do not use Parcelforce again for product deliveries! I ordered various products from 7 suppliers, including yourself, to renovate my bathroom. Every supplier, including one who suffered from a fire on their premises delivered within 5 working days except your company. Parcelforce delivered a shower waste I ordered from you after 3 working days but the shower tray couldn't be delivered that day because my address was 'inaccessible'. Their promised redelivery didn't occur the next day and now Parcelforce can't find the shower tray in their depot. I have to pay the installer to return another day to install the shower. Everything else in the bathroom is done. It's very disappointing! I hope the shower tray quality can begin to offset this poor experience.

Access to customer service personnel excellent, we website excellent however BIG BUT. Delivery arrived with pallet of items unstrapped inside a 40ft lorry, delivering to a housing estate, consequently pallet fell over, packaging pierced with wooden pallet struts. I refused delivery. Lorry driver 2 days into job not confident and notsure what to do! Re delivered 9am next morning smaller vehicle different driver, no prior notice of delivery, same items but shrinkwrapped on pallet still not strapped inside vehicle- some items 2m high. Requested that all items had been checked and customer service said yes but wouldnt put it in writing. They did say if any damages, would be collected and credited. Contractors on site a week later, shower tray damaged. Wouldnt organise next day delivery replacement and Id have to wait 3-5 days. Cancelled order and bought from another supplier who delivered next day. Damaged shower tray collected within 24hrs after asking me to dispose of it 1700x700mm 40kgs, I said noooo obviously! Still waiting for my credit amount of £180 a week later and after sending evidentialphotos of damage! Email has been sent! And then I get sent a 'review request' dated 12th August with a closing date of 31st July! Photo evidence available throughout experience
