I'm not one to write reviews but everything was exceptional from beginning to end. Ordering was made easy, delivery was prompt and hassle free and the product itself was well packaged and looks extremely beautiful. We will definitely be purchasing from this company in the future!

Bad choice of courier/half hearted customers service
Great looking radiator (not installed yet so no comment on functionality). Promised production time was accurate. Badly let down by the choice of delivery service (In Post - see my separate review for them). Response from Bathroom Takeaway to my concerns about delayed delivery was half hearted at best. Suggestions: choose a different courier; make the packaging more robust; take responsibility for the whole supply cycle and respond to customers accordingly.

Really good experience with Bathroom…
Really good experience with Bathroom Takeaway. We ordered 14 traditional radiators as part of a major house renovation and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish.
Jean-Paul was particularly helpful, taking the time to check availability, work through the order with me and arrange a competitive price. Communication was quick and helpful throughout, and they were able to get the order moving very quickly once payment was made.
Great service on a sizeable order and I will be happily using Bathroom Takeaway again as the renovation progresses. Highly recommended!
