Radiators dispatched on time and look to be of good quality. Let down by the delivery. Tracking information not updated and delivery left on a steep hill with the pallet leaning dangerously in to the public walkway, without any notification. Cast iron radiator not put on any supports so had broken through the pallet and was very difficult to remove and bottom legs scratched.

I ordered a new corner shower enclosure and tray as mine needed replacing. Ordered it on one day and it arrived by 9 am the following day, brilliant. Lovely delivery man, very polite and helpful.
The shower tray and enclosure are very good and look spot on. My only complaint is the positioning of the waste hole. It is right in front of the doors. This makes it a tad difficult to enter and especially, exit the shower when wet, as you have to step over the waste before you can get out. Not very good if you only have small feet as you risk slipping by taking a giant step. I ordered the shower tray that went with the enclosure so not sure if there was another one with the waste in a different place.

Really great service, product was promptly delivered with clear communication on when the package would arrive. The products are great and made our bathroom look amazing!

Easy to navigate the web and quick delivery

I rang sales & spoke to a man explaining I needed a shower cubicle as my disabled parent had fell & broken theirs.I was going to pick it up but they said it was on the van for next day delivery.It did come next day the driver took a picture of the damaged box as it had been opened and retaped.I checked the glass was intact and signed for it.The wall plates went on ok but the inframes which go inside them were bent.I managed to fix it and fit it.I rang customer services to let them know and to ask them to send me a top + bottom wheel as they were missing.Customer services wanted pictures but I had already sorted it and attached the glass.I was just making them aware of the damage & asking for the missing wheels.I spoke to a manager & explained that I am
over 30 miles away & just wanted the wheels delivered so the shower could be complete.He then asked for pictures of the 'missing wheels'!!! I asked how do I send them if they are missing ,so he wanted pictures of the holes where they should be.I was trying to tell him I'm nowhere near the house & they don't have smartphones to take pictures.He wasn't interested as he just wanted pictures of 'missing wheels '.He then told me that I haven't looked properly for them. He was rude & said he can't send any thing out without proof.How will pictures of a carpet & a hole in glass prove the items are missing ? He said the conversation wasn't going anywhere & put the phone down on me.So now 2 elderly disabled people cannot have a shower because I cannot provide proof of something that isn't there.Dont bother with this company spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a bifolding door for my new shower. It came and it was to big. I contacted bathroom takeaway and they were really helpful. I have been able to return the door without any fuss. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a shower screen a towel radiator and some silicone sealant, email stated 5-7 days delivery but after 2 weeks I hadn't got any confirmation of the items being sent. I contacted Bathroom takeaways who informed me the delivery was on hold till they got the silicon back in stock. Unfortunately there was no communication at all to let me know the situation. This was my first purchase from Bathroom takeaways and Information is key so I'll be thinking twice before I consider buying from here again.

Ordered a radiator. Arrived within a couple of days. The radiator was as described and was at a very competitive price. Along with free delivery what more could you ask for

We bought several items (shower screen, toilet, towel rail) - all were delivered really fast. The website is easy to navigate and we liked the use of real customer photos to show the items beyond the stock photos. Everything was well packaged and seems to be good quality. Would use the company again.

I ordered this shower enclosure from Bathroom Takeaway, but unfortunately there is an issue with the shower door handle fitting. The screw/bolt for the handle does not tighten properly, so the handle cannot be securely fitted to the glass door. This is very disappointing for a brand-new product and has caused unnecessary hassle. I expected better quality control before the item was dispatched.

Simple ordering process but didn't get an acknowledgement through. Phoned them up and they were super helpful to explain technical issues at their end. They provided a tracking number and couldn't believe how quickly the new radiator arrived.
I will be using this company again.
