No delivery of products
Had a bad experience with my first purchase a few weeks ago but it was sorted. Purchased more bits lately and never received them. Very bad service.

I was looking for a specific colour of Pergo flooring, and couldn't find anywhere in the Uk that sold it, until I came across Bathshack. They were able to source the exact flooring I wanted and got it delivered straight from the manufacturer.

Outstanding Customer Service
When installing the bathroom I realised that a part of the bath (its support legs) was missing. However this was a while after the initial 48 hour check period, so was concerned that I may be liable for the mistake. Jack Lennon took my query and couldn't be more helpful in supporting me, addressing the problem and immediately providing a solution that sorted the problem. This is customer service at its finest! Thanks Jack and thanks Bathshack.

Top quality customer service
Having placed an order with bathshack which was received very quick I noticed that the wrong items had been sent, having notified bathshack they were extremely helpful in rectifying the order. Brenda, who I dealt with, was very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service ensuring the correct items were sent out immediately.

We had an excellent experience with Bathshack on Boucher Road, thanks in particular to Chloe Clarke.
From the moment we first stepped into the showroom, right through to the after-sales service, Chloe was extremely helpful, attentive and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question or query was too difficult. She was knowledgeable, patient and always prompt when replying to emails, which made the entire process straightforward and stress-free.
The level of customer care we received was genuinely first class. Chloe is a real credit to the Bathshack team, and we would highly recommend both her and the Boucher Road store to anyone looking for quality products backed by outstanding service.

Great customer service
I was dealing with Abu in the Galway store and he could not have been more helpful. I was into the shop a number of times and was going to order some items from another reputable store as they were cheaper but on reviewing the items with Abu, he walked me around the shop and showed me exactly what i was getting from Bathshack and and what could be got cheaper elsewhere, there was no comparison. I didnt feel rushed, even though i took up quite a bit of his time. Thanks Abu for your patience and insights, ive placed my order and im very happy with our decision. Looking forward to finishing the project.

Absolutely fantastic service with Chloe…
Absolutely fantastic service with Chloe in Boucher road. I was able to do complete purchase through email and phone. Chloe was extremely helpful in showing me available options and price, followed on by excellent collection service. I am planning more refurb work in the future and I will most definitely be consulting Chloe again.
