I'm still waiting on my shower door…
I'm still waiting on my shower door being delivered which was part of my order on the 14th of July. I'm really frustrated as Im on holiday and the person doing the work for me has been waiting and waiting. The actual shower was delivered damaged and I've no idea when a replacement is going to be delivered. I'm very unhappy with the customer service 😕

I dealt with Ewan in customer care. I was exchanging a shower enclosure that hadn't been opened but I had it over the 30 days. He replied within the hour. He organised the exchange and processed the new order very efficiently . Highly recommend this company.
