Bathshop321 Avis 

From my recent experience I cannot recommend this company. I bought a shower screen from them and when fitter saw it he told the it was the wrong size. I contacted the company and they agreed to collect it even though it was 30 days from date of delivery but only by a few days. I thought great, a co that cares about its customers and will be flexible to help. However, next day they emailed me and reneged on their promise which is very bad business practice. I would advise people to be very wary of buying from them and there are many other bad reviews on here and I wish I'd read them before buying the item.

Really good, competitively priced for good quality items, had most things we needed to takeaway and the rest was delivered quickly, very accommodating delivery guy, can't praise him or the company enough

Fantastic service from start to finish. Went out of there way to ensure they had the products in stock and even saved the last one for me so I wasn't wasting a 2 hour drive.

Great showroom ( but very cold ) Cath helped us sort a full bathroom, she was very helpful & couldn’t do enough for us. Delivered on time but one item was missing, contacted Cath and the item was delivered the following day.

Made my purchase very easy and the staff were very helpful.

The Staff at Bathshop 321 were very helpful, I was after a bath waste, I Was not sure which one would fit to my Trap. So they got in two for me to look at, Which was very helpful, The price was Great. Thanks to all the staff at bathshop.

I bought a new bath from Bathstore321.Com and the first thing is that they failed to delivery when stated on 2 occasions....this meant I paid for a builder to do the work with no bath to fit.
However, that was the start of my issues. When the was put in position it was evident that the bottom was extremely narrow so I contacted them to swap it over with something a little larger. However, because I had by this time thrown away the original box the company have refused to accept it back, even though I wanted to buy another bath from them! This is against the Consumer Protection Regulations of 2013 as packaging is not covered within the legislation.
Poor service all round and not a company I could in all conscience recommend to others.

Helpful, swift service

I’ve been browsing the bath shop website which helped a lot with thinking, but when it comes to ordering- call them up or better yet visit the shop! The team are knowledgable, friendly, and will cut through problems. I’ve had great customer service, good communication, and they’ve made it much easier to wrap my head around my very small bathroom!

Fast, efficient, great product

Good service, good value, helpful staff and a good purchasing experience. We purchased a new shower which we had seen on their website. We visited the showroom at Cheadle and were attended to by a very helpful lady who guided us through available options. We could have had the item delivered but as the depot is close to our home we chose to collect it from them. The whole experience was smooth and easy and we would definitely recommend this company.

we travelled to your store saturday morning to be met there by a very pleasant young lady named Cath who guided us to the area which we required and told us all about the fitting and said it could be delivered to our premises on the tuesday which suited us fine thank you
