Told you could not deliver my warderobe i paid for as it was damaged then they had none in stock then it was discontinued the the delivery man rang to say they were on the way with the warderobe in in the van they never came then i see the same warderobe still on web site to buy the company is shocking!

Great product at a great price
Was looking for an extra high divan bed with a matching headboard and BFD were the only company I could find with the height I wanted (50cm). Their pricing was also excellent. The website was easy to navigate with plenty of description information in order to match the headboard and ordering was very easy with immediate email notification and a choice of delivery dates. The products came very well packaged on time and the quality was excellent. The courier company also delivered a great friendly service. Would have no hestitation to recommend.

Delivery went so smoothly
I posted a positive review when I purchased the bed and mattress. Well the bed and mattress have been delivered this morning and I was chuffed with the service provided. I arranged for the old bed to be removed, the new bed installed and all packaging removed. The two lads were Iain and Phil and they are a credit to your company. So friendly and helpful.

I gave a low rating for two reasons:
Your policy that your delivery team are not required to remove their shoes on entering my property.
and, you do not require your delivery team to assemble the furniture once delivered.

The delivery was carried out by a third-party courier on our behalf, and we appreciate you raising your concerns regarding their footwear policy. With regard to assembly, our flat-pack bed frames are supplied as self-assembly products, and unfortunately we do not currently offer an assembly service. We aim to make this clear within our product information and delivery details, but we appreciate that this may not have aligned with your expectations.

Extremely accurate delivery times, several emails and text reminders to ensure we didn’t forget (very helpful) - delivery guys were great help and even offered us assistance in assembling if we were stuck, lovely guys and greatly appreciated being pregnant I couldn’t help lift but they made sure it was all sorted with no issues!
Would highly recommend this company!
