Great mattress
Great mattress,so comfy. Would recommend this company, could pick what day was best for delivery and kept informed of delivery time etc. Would definitely order from here again. Excellent quality for the price, will recommend to others to order from bed factory direct

Ordered two items of furniture
Ordered two items of furniture, one of which was delayed. But I was advised straight away and kept updated throughout. I dealt with Shirley and her customer service was fantastic. I ended up changing the ordered item without any stress which was fantastic
The TV unit ordered was great quality and good value for the money. I will be ordering from this company again.

Good morning David, our divan bases are made to order here in the UK, and we typically dispatch them within 3 working days. While we do offer a selection of flat-pack bed frames that are available for next-day delivery, made-to-order divan bases can take a little longer to prepare.

Great option for a new bed
Bed was just as described and was pretty straightforward to build. Mattress is v comfy. Delivery was a week later than initially stated but we are remote and so not unusual for us - the driver arrived in the time slot, didn’t get lost on the way 😊 and was very polite and efficient. Would use again

I was a little surprised that the delivery staff were not more friendly, but i fully realise that this might be a priority as the job itself seemed to be carried out well...hence 4 stars for'very good' rather than total excellence.

Had a fab experience yesterday with John, there was no pressure, just good advice. We bought the one we found the best for us at a fab price. Even got delivered early evening the same day.

Ultra firm mattress
I’m really happy with my new mattress so far. It was hard to find something that gives proper back support while still staying firm, and this one does exactly that. Feels supportive without being too hard, and I’m sleeping much better. Very pleased with the purchase.

Lovely bed.
The bed arrived and is lovely. However I have only rated this 3 stars as 4 of the 8 feet were missing. This has delayed me in putting together the bed. The customer services responded to my first email promptly advising they would ask the manufacturer to send more feet. I am yet to receive these after almost 6 days of asking. I have emailed again asking if it is known when I can expect the rest of the feet, as until I receive them I am unable to use the bed.
