Packaging was excellent
Packaging was excellent. I regularly use one of their rivals who simply don’t package as well.
Lovely beer and delivered by DPD which is a massive plus. Will be using Beerhunter again.

Made 6 orders in a year
Made 6 orders in a year. Joined Loyalty Club as well. On two occasions beer that ive ordered has not arrived on time having paid for a premium next day delivery and on both occasions had to ask where it was which seemed to prompt them into getting around to it.
What's worse is on both occasions they never had some of the beers id selected in stock.
The last time id cancelled the whole order as a I didn't want half of what Id ordered and id wanted it by a certain date. After 11 days without refund I got in touch again and it seems one guy forget to process the refund .
Absolutely the very worst online merchant ive ever used... the customer service isn't quite the worst ive used but thats only because tgere are other companies who will never be surpassed as useless customer service.
Ive asked them to cancel my membership and close my account but I seem to grt even more emails from them than before.
My advice, use someone else, someone who will stand by their delivery commitments and not sell you beer they dont have in stock.

You should never have had to chase delayed orders, discover items you’d purchased were unavailable, or contact us again because your refund hadn’t been processed. We’re also very sorry that you continued receiving emails after asking for your account to be closed.
We completely understand your frustration. We’re a small independent business and every returning customer matters to us, which makes it particularly disappointing that we’ve lost your trust.

The beer was great. The problem was that the beer was delivered to a property 400 yards for where I live.

We’ll be raising this with our courier, as delivering your parcel to a property 400 yards away is clearly not the level of service we expect. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we place our trust in our courier to deliver it safely and to the correct address, so we’re disappointed this wasn’t the case on this occasion.

Wonderful service and a great product!
I bought a selection of British IPA box for my brother as it was his birthday. He loves a decent pint! He was thrilled with the gift as every bottle was a different brand. The quality of the beer was wonderful and the whole buying process from Beerhunter was professional and personal. I'll definitely use them again.

Do not use
Would avoid this company like the plague. ordered four boxes of beer which was short dated on Monday 3rd August heard nothing since then. So decided to ring them on the 6th August for them to tell me there was no actual stock. The best they could do was offer me 5% of the actual fully priced item. Customer service is atrocious. The website is unusable doesn’t update quick enough wouldn’t waste my time especially as well when you pay £8.95 for delivery.
