Very good experience in store
Very good experience in store. Catherine was extremely helpful and so was Ben. They guided us to the type of mattress we wanted and the whole experience was easy. I look forward to a successful delivery in a couple of weeks.

The customer service at the Bolton shop was excellent. They assisted me when asked. At no time did I feel pressured to buy a bed.
I was kept upto date on the progress of my bed.
The delivery team were excellent. The bed arrived on the scheduled day and slightly early.

Brilliant product and great delivery service
Delivery was on time and the 30 minutes reminder from the delivery team was really helpful. The delivery guys were polite and friendly, and safely handled our goods. Very satisfied with the company.

Kept informed about the production progress of the bed. The customer advisor at Bolton , Chloe was very helpful when we were trying to find the most suitable bed. Delivery was as described with a 2 hour window and then an update before arrival.

Ellie was great from start to finish
Ellie was great from start to finish , very knowledgeable wasn’t pushy and totally understanding of our needs.
Small gripe of having no phone signal due to Bolton playing at home, apparently a common occurrence on match days!
I needed to move some funds on my bank account and had no access to WiFi, maybe customer or even colleague access would be a good idea particularly as you have QR codes to scan , We could have just walked away to the competition next door

Very good experience when ordering and then re-ordering a change of two mattresses. Both assistants at the Bolton shop were extremely helpful and informative. Both Brittany and Simon were professional, friendly and supportive. All was made easy for us and best options explained. The delivery men were quick and pleasant.

The bolton gate store was recommended…
The bolton gate store was recommended to me by family due to the friendly and helpful ladies there. Myself and my daughter received a warm welcome and was shown around the store to look at various options tailored to what we were looking for. All of this was done without any pushy sales tactics which helped us make a decision without feeling under pressure. Big shout out to steph and the other lady who was working there on sunday 29th March. 100% recommended.

Was looked after by Steph at the Bolton store. Spent time explaing the different mattresses and how they worked and tried the beds to find the one for me. I bought a bed base and matresses and very good valur for money. Highly reccomended!
