Nothing was too much trouble for Hawa. She gave clear, competent advice and was very helpful. We have been kept informed at each stage.

Great night's sleep
The guy in the shop Craig, and staff were really helpful. We feel we chose the right mattress for us, and it was comfy from night one! Tempur worth the extra cost, and the oak ottoman is strong & sturdy, well made & hopefully last a long time. Worth adding we went back twice, there was no pressure sales & we feel we got exactly what we wanted for a price we were willing to pay. Thank you 😊

The advisor in the shop was knowledgeable and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. She gave us time and space to look at options but simplified the choices when asked.

I order side opening ottomans and…
I ordered a side-opening ottoman bed and confirmed with the lady who took our order more than ten times to make sure it was correct. Unfortunately, she placed the order incorrectly and we were sent an end-opening one instead.
We are extremely disappointed with this mistake.
