Good customer service
Good customer service at the shop. Helpful advice given on purchasing a mattress. Delivery was arranged for a convenient day and I was given a 2 hour delivery slot. The mattress was delivered on time by courteous and friendly delivery staff and they were able to take away my old mattress.

The shop had only just opened when we…
The shop had only just opened when we got there and we were seen immediately. I explained what I wanted to see and was taken to various areas in the showroom. I was encouraged to lie on the bed before making my purchase. I'm just looking forward to the mattress being delivered.

Brittany at Bolton Gate Retail Park
Made a purchase at Bolton Gate Retail Park store recently. We were greeted by Brittany who was very polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Talked us through everything in a very thorough and professional manner. Brittany was never at all pushy at any stage. We felt completely relaxed throughout our visit and never once felt under any pressure to make our purchase.
