Outstanding service from the store team at the Croft Retail Park, Bromborough.
Andy and Joe were both extremely knowledgeable and helped ensure our questions were answered and our purchase was smooth. Andy also flagged an issue with the processing of our finance application which risked delaying the delivery of our mattress. Thanks to his diligence we were able to fix this and ensure the delivery wasn't delayed!

Excellent service. I visited the store a couple of times before buying and Eve was knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated that she didn't hover around whilst I was testing the beds but was attentive and available when I had any questions. Communication was good regarding delivery.

I was verbally missold the 40 day…
I was verbally missold the 40 day experience with a new mattress from the store manager. I can only understand this was a selling tactic to omit the downsides of swapping mattress if you aren’t happy with the comfort for any reason. He told me that I could change up to two times, didn’t say that I wouldn’t get the 25 percent off a different one if I exchanged, then I would also have to pay 10% of the cost of the mattress plus delivery fees. When visiting the store again to let them know I wanted to swap, the tone was very different! I felt like a pest and then heard all these terms and conditions that are so outrageous if he had told me when he was trying to make the sale I would never have purchased!
Really upset after spending 2445.00!
Bensons for beds have since got back to me and have been good sorting out a different mattress with no extra charges.
