Update as of 13.05.23: I unfortunately didn't suit the mattress that I purchased in store, so I called the customer service department to see what could be done. They told me that I had a 40 night sleep guarantee, so could exchange it for a low fee. I have been into store today and changed it for another mattress. Outstanding customer service at the Crewe brach! Thank you.

He was very patient and understanding of my budget and needs. I was purchasing a wardrobe for my son and because Dave was so welcoming and helpful I'm returning today to by myself a new wardrobe.
