I felt listened too and not pressured by salesperson. He took time to explain and show me various options. No problems at all with your dumfries shop staff. But the subsequent email you sent co firming my order along with pictures showed bed with drawer option when my purchase invoice clearly says ottoman option. Phoned store who confirmed correct option was on the order. Fingers crossed the right bed arrives.
What I would add from the outside it didn't look as if store was open. Inside lovely and bright. Maybe planter on wheels could be wheeled in and out on daily basis or large cut out something

Nothing beats in person shopping when buying a bed or sofa bed. I was greeted by a friendly sales assistant who was very patient and helpful with my queries.

We were looking for a mattress - there was a great choice and the young lady was very helpful and knowledgeable, also they were able to deliver in a weeks time - great service!

I went in to look at a bed for my son in the Dumfries store. Kevan was extremely knowledgeable. Once we had all the information we left the store to have a think about it. We returned the same day and Kevan went through all the paper work and all the cancellation policy, delivery etc. He thanked us for coming back to the store which was a nice touch. Outstanding customer service!

Wasn't just offered a y mattress as new what was looking for .
WiFi was realy slow took ages to get everything set up .

Just had a bed delivered/removed and we can't thank the delivery guys (Dave & Michael) enough. They could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Great guys, great service and a great bed. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

The sales assistant introduced himself asked what we were looking for and directed us to the beds we would probably like. He gave us time leaving us to discuss and try. He was polite at all times.

The bed we purchased didnt have the sale cost in store it was only when we looked online after we had been in, and the customer serviced we received wasn't what i would expect
