Quality of product and service
I initially was impressed by the store layout which indicated to me that the company was here for the long term therefore the quality of its product had to be high.
After asking us what we were looking for he took us round various beds explaining in detail about the product and it was obvious that he knew all the products and your service inside out.
In the end we knew the product we picked would be right and has proven so.

Great service
Found the shop staff to be really helpful, no sales pressure but lots of useful advice. Was given a delivery date at till. I received regular emails reminding me of delivery date, then sent a time slot. The delivery drivers contacted me about an hour before they were due, weather wasn’t great but they arrived on time, friendly helpful guys, instructions for building the bed were in with the mattress, last thing we opened by which time bed was built.

Vast choices. Very knowledgeable staff. Good experience.
Huge choice of mattresses to choose from. Spent a long time in store trying out mattresses. Staff (Angus) very helpful and knowledgeable on types all mattresses. Not pushy salesman. Selected. one that we felt was comfortable and met our needs. Conditions of sale explained to us. All in all a good experience.

Efficient, helpful and excellent
From the helpful lady in the showroom through the excellent communication and the very efficient delivery of the new mattress and taking away of an old mattress, Bensons proved themselves to be a very good choice for what is a not inconsiderable purchase. They may not have been the cheapest but the whole process made it very much worth it, would highly recommend them.

Superb customer service
Superb customer service. Salesman and delivery team were extremely good. Can't fault anything at all. We were contacted prior to our delivery date with a time slot & further contacted by telephone 30 mins before they were due. We shopped at the store in Dundee and were very happy with the choices and amount of helpful advice given by Iain in store (his attempt to put on a pillowcase was the highlight 😂) & we were never pressured into anything we didn't want. Really good experience.

Could not have asked for a better experience.
Our experience at the Dundee Bensons for Bed was nothing short of excellent. We were approached by Angus who helped us to order our first mattress for our new home alongside pillows, mattress protector and duvet. Angus made sure we got an excellent deal and showed us some great alternatives to the items we had in mind which were a fraction of the price and made sure we did not get ripped off. We came away really pleased with our experience and looking forward to trying out our new mattress when it gets delivered in the new year! Thank you so much Angus, we will definitely return for mattresses for our guest bedrooms in the near future.
