A listening salesperson
I had done some research before going to Bensons so I had a good idea of the mattress I was looking for. The salesperson Bobby listened carefully and found exactly the right product , I needed to confirm a delivery date before buying so told Bobby I would ring back to confirm the purchase.
On leaving the store I noticed an offer which I hadn’t been told about…if I spent a little more I would get 10% off everything.
When I did ring back and explain I would like to take advantage of the offer, Bobby listened carefully again and with team back up he got a great deal for me.

The best mattresses around.
Iain who helped us was not pushy at all, he was very helpful and insightful at helping us see/feel the difference between mattresses and pillow combinations. He answered any questions we had and ensured that we were happy with our decision. We bought our last mattress from Bensons which has lasted us 15 years and it’s still comfortable but needing replaced. We have bought an expensive mattress but it’s absolutely worth it as they last for years! We would use Bensons again in future.

My previous bed had been bought from Bensons.
My previous bed had been bought from Bensons 15 years ago and I was impressed by the service received
Thinking about replacement I wandered into Bensons again just to see what was available.I asked a very pleasant lady assistant to accompany me whilst I saw what was available.I was again impressed by her attitude and knowledge which resulted in my calling in my partner to give her opinion on choice.
Result was placing an order for a new bed.
She was ably supported by two gentlemen on site.

Great shopping experience
My husband and I were looking for a new bed and mattress. Iain in the Dundee branch was very helpful throughout the whole process. From beginning asking us if there was anything in particular that we were looking for, and pointing us in the right direction, to checking in to see if there was any questions, as well as helping us fully explore the different mattresses. He was not pushy, or salesy and the whole process from looking, to purchase our bed and mattress was great.
We are looking forward to getting our purchase.

Guys in the shop listened to what I wanted and sold me just that. I didn’t want to spend much on a guest bed and they respected that. If they had tried to sell me an expensive bed I would have walked out. They got me a well priced frame and a mattress that had been returned under the 40 night guarantee. Perfectly what we needed for the guest room. Makes a nice change to be offered what we were looking for.

Mattress decicion
Bobby the sales guy in the Dundee store was really good , He went through all the different types of mattress we liked and explained it all in depth making it easy for us to make the correct decision . Would recommend him to friends and family in the future .

Very knowledgeable, and let us try all different types of mattress so we knew we were buying the correct one we wanted,
A good deal over the weekend with 10% off also, angus explained everything and different extra cover options etc
Would definately return again, very pleased with service which is very refreshing from other stores

The delivery guys were great. They respected my property when bringing the items in. They were friendly. They cleared away all packaging and left everything tidy. I am very happy with everything from buying the bed in store to the delivery and building of the bed
