Fantastic experience
Ave made our new bed & mattress buying experience really easy & efficient. He gave us good options based on what we’d discussed & made suggestions to help us pick the best possible option for our style/needs & budget. He also, provided us with multiple estimates which was really helpful.
Once we were ready to go ahead Wayne carried out the transaction for us.
Both Ave & Wayne were helpful, efficient, approachable & not pushy.
Thanks again to you both & looking forward to our new bed & mattress to arrive.

I get the most comfortable pillows from…
I get the most comfortable pillows from Bensons for beds always. I like firmed and higher pillows which do not sink in when head rests on them... No where else have I found pillows which are perfect.. also, I keen coming back to Bensons for beds and the quality has been tried and tested so many times. Thanks to Bev who was very good and showed other options to choose from.. store is clean and staff very friendly..my 4 year old son loved jumping on the beds. Pillows pricier but worth the quality.

Great staff, very experienced.

No pressure to buy from the sales…
No pressure to buy from the sales person, knowledgeable and helpful with our choice of mattress. Good communication from the company. Only negative is the the offer that if you don’t like your choice after you have tried it, you can change it but you have to pay 20% of the original price which is a big chunk of money when you have paid £2000
