great service staff knowledgable friendly and so helpful,left us alone when we needed time to decide on our order ,did change our mind on one item but when i went back next morning everything was sorted out ,Bev and Dave were great to deal with

Was lovely to listen to! Spreading Christmas cheerA few days ago my wife and I were looking for a mattress for our bedroom we came across Bensons for beds in Erdington and Bev came to our aid. I haven't seen such a nice and helpful person for a long time. Bev gave us a range of mattresses that met our requirements and helped us choose the perfect mattress for us. I would like to thank Bev and the whole team again.

Outstanding customer service
We are satisfied Intasar’s customer service. He is patient to explain the mattress and bed. We are not good at English and no idea of the choice of mattress and bed. But he is patient to show us the choice , colour and the mattress insurance. We are impressive and very satisfied with his customer service. We hope all of your staffs can same as Intasar to provide outstanding customer service. Thank you.

Great customer service in store and on delivery
I actually walked into Bensons by mistake, thinking I was in another well known Bed store! I’m not sorry for my error! I was greeted by Bev and once I had told her what I was looking for, she was straight on it! She was friendly, helpful and there was no ‘hard sell’. I didn’t feel pressured. I was listened to and she gave great customer service, along with the store manager ( sorry I didn’t get his name!)
Delivery was quick and efficient. All in all, a good shopping experience and I would definitely use Bensons again.
