Staff were excellent, they were very helpful, patient and they listened. They stuck to their word, delivery was stress free with plenty of notice so I could get organised. Would recommend

Received my tv bed ,upon delivery the men left the really heavy items in garden to my partner an young lad with no offer to take up stairs ..for me to leave work to help take them upstairs incase started to rain ..was not happy with there service at all

Martin at the grimsby shop was very helpful and informative. He gave me time to be indecisive and persuaded me to go for a more expensive mattress than i had originally planned. Very happy with the service and I'm excited to get my new mattress!

Great in store service
Visited the store on three occasions, firstly to get some ideas about replacing two of our beds. We were shown various options and were given good advice on what type might be best suited to our needs.
We returned to the store at a later date to get a quote.
Danielle was very helpful with her advice and knowledge on the products and took time to show us different options, prices and payment choices for us to decide on.
A few days later I returned to the store after checking what best fitted in our rooms to place the order.
Again Danielle was very helpful and attentive to detail when altering a few changes to my previous quote.
The ordering process was smooth with good flexibility around delivery date.
I am looking forward to the arrival of the beds which I arranged for a later date once the renovations are finished.

Adrian definitely knew his stuff about…
Adrian definitely knew his stuff about mattresses, we knew we were looking for a firm mattress but he took us through the computer bed experience to confirm.
Once we had done that he supplied us both with a pillow to take from bed to bed. Every mattress we tried he could tell us all the details about. Such as the materials it contained and how it was made. He was truly patient as we went back and forth and then really good when we got to two contenders before our final decision.
He had excellent suggestions throughout without being pushy

We visited the store on Saturday 12th April. The gentleman we saw at Grimsby store was very polite and helpful. There was no pressure sale. We got a good deal saving over 400.00 in the sale and we got two gifts too.
