Bensons For Beds - Kidderminster373 Avis

Beds delivered on time and everything was done including phone calls as per the information given when buying the beds. Very helpful and informative staff member in store who did not put pressure on a sale.

From my purchase of an adjustable bed ,from your Kidderminster branch ..to my delivery ,which was 2 weeks earlier than anticipated…I can not fault the shop or delivery service..I hasten to add I have not used the bed yet..as I need to buy new bed linen…But all in all a very pleasant experience…Thank You

Great experience - from shop to sleep, excellent service

Tom provided excellent customer service throughout ensuring we picked both the bed frame and mattress that was best-suited to our needs. He took the time to thoroughly explain all product details, make recommendations on options available and any promotions applied. Couldn't have asked for more from the overall experience and would highly recommend using this store.

I knew exactly what I wanted before entering the store. The colleague was knowledgeable, did not push me to make a decision, ended up with a better deal than anywhere else. Fantastic staff very friendly and will definitely be a return customer. Thank you top service

Pleasant and attentive staff who helped me find just what I was looking for.

Nathan at Kidderminster Bensons for Beds helped us select and buy a bed, Tempur mattress and 5 door wardrobe. Nathan was great from start to finish, friendly, and very patient with us. The communication and delivery from Bensons for Beds was excellent and the delivery and installation guys were all friendly and helpful. We are very happy with everything we have received and would definitely use Bensons for Beds in Kidderminster again.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Tom was an excellent salesperson, who pointed us in the right direction for our new mattress. He really took the time to listen to our needs and sorted us exactly the right mattress. So much so I can’t recommend him enough

Nathan provided excellent advice and guidance throughout our visit and demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. He was friendly, professional and really took the time to understand what we were looking for.

His knowledge and helpful approach gave us complete confidence in our decision, and he was ultimately the reason we chose to purchase our new bed from Benson for Beds.

A real credit to the company — thank you, Nathan!

Nathan helped us in store through more decisions than I imagined buying a bed entailed which was invaluable. Not only did we arrive at something that we liked and met our needs but will also fit through our front door which is quite important.

Bella was polite , well spoken and knowledgeable. I appreciated her allowing us to think and look. We didn’t buy on the day but went back the next day.
Great service and great bed and mattress were British made

Branch member of staff couldn't have been more knowledgeable about your products.
He provided excellent detailed information with which we were able to make our decision on what was best for us to buy for our requirements.

Great experience from start to finish. The gentleman was very helpful and polite, many thanks

Great choice of beds amazing deals great staff what's not to love ❤️

Very good service from start to finish. Good sales team at Kidderminster. I was given good advice, as I have a lower back issue, and I didn't feel pressured into buying. I was told well in advance, my delivery slot, then I had a phone call day before with a 2 hour slot, then I was rang with 3o mins before delivery. The 2 chaps delivering were extremely polite

Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent from start to finish, every question answered on time delivery and fitting spot on, definitely recommend bensons. Perfect service.
