Craig the sales guy was really good
Craig the sales guy was really good. He asked if I needed help, when I said that I was just looking he left me alone until I asked for his help.
Craig was knowledgeable and I appreciated that he knew what he was talking about, which I really appreciated. I had a good experience of Benson for Beds. I wasn't even shown the most expensive mattress to buy as I had been elsewhere.

Patient, Knowledgeable and Helpful
We came into the store with my elderly mum. We probably spent nearly 2 hours choosing a new mattress for Mum. Lena couldn't have been more patient; she was knowledgeable but not pushy and helped to guide my mother to an appropriate mattress for her needs. She measured the divan base to ensure it was the correct height, so that Mum could place her feet safely on the ground. We then bought a headboard, and Lena was attentive and kind throughout the process. Mum is looking forward to the delivery of her new bed. Thank you, Lena!

Extremely helpful but not did not take over. He explained the kind of features we should be thinking about and then allowed us time to do that. I have bought a number of beds from Benson's and would go anywhere else.

We have finally found our dream…
We have finally found our dream mattress , as struggling for a while to buy one . Decided for a super king size and it s amazing,comfy and offers a lot of space . Advisor Lena was very helpful and took her time with us , provided all details needed,did the test with us to show pressure points and helped us to find what we needed as couldn’t decide what’s best for my bad back . Tho its not a cheap mattress,quality makes a huge difference,so thank you very much for help and tips and gifts as well ,as they have offered a discount and maintenance spray and as well 2 free protection for our mattress. 🙌
