We had frequented a few bed shops before leaving the best till last ! The staff at Bensons were head and shoulders better than the others. ZAIN approached us a little time after we started wondering around. He wasn't in our face, like other shops, he let us browse, and we went to then get his help. He was brilliant ! He guided us through the special bed to ascertain the best mattress for us. He was extremely informative. He never rushed us, he took us round as many mattresses as we wanted. He let me constantly go between the different ones I was considering without any problem. Because of his knowledge, listening to my likes and dislikes, we ended up buying a mattress make, I'd never heard of, and spending more than anticipated simply because of my belief that he found the ideal one. Such a friendly, kind and approachable guy. He's definitely an asset to your company!

The sales guy was amazing. New his stuff and identified our needs in a new mattress. The product itself has stopped my sleepless nights as he identified which mattress would suit us best.

I needed extra firm mattress for my back support, the guy at Leeds store made it easy for me to choose the right mattress. It was very helpful information he shared it made easy for me to understand what I needed.
Delivery guys were also very helpful and respectful I really appreciate their help thank you guys

From entering the store, the staff collectively were enthusiastic and keen to help.
We wanted a Quick Look and soon found what we were after.
Mo then did the rest, he was really great, an asset to the company.

The lady that served me was lone working and she was putting an order on for another customer. She didn’t leave me to wait, she served us both at the same time. She was the epitome of professional, friendly and efficient. A third set of customers came in and she ensured they were looked after too. I bought an Emma mattress which I was able to take away on the day, the sales assistant even offered to take it out to my car despite how busy she was. Fabulous customer service.

We ordered a new mattress in April 25 for delivery in July 25. In May we had an email telling us our order was on track for delivery as scheduled (14/7/25).
On Monday this week 30/6/25,14 days before delivery, I received an email reminding me to pay the outstanding balance. Later that day I received a telephone call asking me to pay the outstanding balance followed by a couple of emails, asking for the outstanding balance, which we then paid the following day (1/7/25).
Today (4/7/25), I received an email saying the delivery date had been updated to early OCTOBER! I then rang the customer services team who were very apologetic and said they would tell for the store to arrange a full refund and the store would call me back within the next hour.
Three hours later (15:35) I called the store and was told the manager was at lunch and would call me back when he returned. He called me back at 17:06, to say he'd had no message to call me earlier from the customer services team. However he said he could organise a refund but not until the following day. He has promised to do this and will call me with the refund details. We'll see what happens!
I am extremely annoyed particularly after being badgered for full payment 3 days before the order was delayed by 3 months. Whilst the customer services team and everyone I've spoken to have been very apologetic, they have also so far been ineffective at actually doing anything to refund my order.

Kelly was helpful from the moment we entered the store. She listened to the things we said and offered multiple options which ultimately found us what we wanted
