Good in-store and delivery services.
Staff friendly and helpful. They will describe all the options available to each product. They were aware that I was comparing them to other Bed shops, but they didn't mind. They remained very helpful.
I'm very satisfied with the chosen products. No scuffs or marks, very clean and good quality.

Brilliant customer service
Ryan in the Mansfield store was very helpful nothing was too much trouble . He is very knowledgable about all aspects of his job and he is very customer focused . He is a credit the company and he should be recognised for his outstanding service . The delivery men were very good they delivered the divan earlier than expected (they rang and let me know they were going to be early) overall we had a really good experience .

The salesman was very friendly and helpful, on asking what we were looking for he made great recommendations and we ended up buying one of them.
The store had a great selection of mattresses to try out and we weren't pounced on when we walked through the door ( which is very off putting). But allowed to peruse first.
Overall a great experience on buying a new mattress!!
