From visiting the store in Mansfield to delivery to my home all went well seamlessly. Got a good deal in my new mattress so really pleased overall.

The whole team at Benson’s four beds were amazing from start to finish .
they were friendly and helpful at all times without being pushy . Everything that they said would happen ,did and the Delivery team were totally respectful and efficient .

We came into store looking for a new mattress that was suitable for us.
With the help from Gail we fount the perfect one.
Gail helped us from start to finish, the customer service we recieved was outstanding.
Massive thank you to Gail for all her help from finding the perfect mattress and explaining gaps between each bed slat for a more breathable firm lasting mattress.
Start to finish we had an amazing ecoerience in store. Thank you

Bensons 3rd party delivery
the bed itself was delivered by a third party, the workers were rude, untidy and generally not careful during the installation, they would not demonstrate anything and just left remotes instructions and packaging lying around, they also had no shoe covers on a wet day!
The headboard which was delivered by Bensons own guys was great, they were polite and helpful!

Much better than taking a gamble and buying online
We have been looking to upgrade our bed for a while now. Now in our forties we needed more comfort and a bigger size.
We were so lucky to have Emma talk us through the available options and test what works best for us.
Would highly recommend not taking a gamble buying online. With Bensons your getting quality as out last bed lasted 13 years.
