From the moment I stepped into the store it was a relaxed atmosphere.
Georgina left me to walk around unhindered, then at the appropriate time approached and asked if she could help.
Georgina was very helpful and informative and I was happy to make my purchase.

The man in the shop was helpful and nice . The delivery men took bed upstairs no problems Was pleasant and courteous I was very pleased with the whole experience

Customer service at the shop was excellent.
I was encouraged and helped to choose the right mattress for me, and was provided with a suitable pillow which added to my comfort

Finding the right mattress
Tracey was very helpful in finding the right mattress for our needs. We were advised in detail about the differences between all the brands and allowed to try them out. She gave us time to decide on which we had preference, we didn't feel pressured.

Amazing customer service!
Harry from the St Helens store helped us loads, he made sure everything was right, I found the perfect bed in the colour I was looking for an he made sure it was everything I wanted. So helpful and chatty with some lovely customer service!

Third time I have bought from Bensons. Staff are very helpful without overselling. They were keen on what was best for me and helped through the process. I price matched and found Bensons very competitive especially over the Black Friday promotion.
