Honestly the whole team at Bensons was a delight to deal with, Mark made sure from the get go that he was available for us to ask any questions and did not push anything on to me and just let me browse until i was ready to ask for help, as a first time bed and mattress buyer mark was incredible with giving me any useful information regarding the pros and cons of any mattress/bed, (although the bosses might not like to hear thats theres cons!) but as a customer its really helpful in finding out which mattress is the correct fit for you. Sometimes people sales try to sell you the expensive stuff and this isnt the case with mark he wants what is best for you and most comfortable taking care in the customers needs, highly recommend anyone unsure of what they want to give Bensons a try😀.

The Gentleman that dealt with us was…
The Gentleman that dealt with us was friendly and very informative. he was patient with us whilst we tried and tested each mattress. We informed him of our specific needs and he was able to point us in the direction of several mattresses that would be ideal for us. He made the experience an enjoyable one and i would highly recommend.

Great in store knowledge and service
Went in to information gather on a new mattress. Got al the info / options and such a great deal we ordered, delivery in a couple of weeks, great service.

Excellent from start to finish
Helpful in the store, ordered easily I was able to choose the delivery date and was given a two hour delivery window. The delivery guys then called half an hour before so didn’t disrupt my whole day. Both delivery guys put overshoes on to take the bed upstairs, excellent service.

Great service - knowledgeable staff. Marked 4 instead of 5 as was told d/d payment would be set up for for 2nd of the month. Finance application set it up for 22nd. Other than that - spot on. Very happy with communication re delivery slot.

Very helpful lady gave us lots of guidance on choosing the right bed.
The misleading price tag was not what the actual price was. We actually paid more than the advertised price.
Delivered bang on time & the lads put over shoes on to protect the new carpet.
