Great in the shop when having a browse, helpful when needed and not pushy in a sale. App payments do finance was easy, communication and emails, calls before was very good a delivered on time, bed was easy to make, orthopaedic mattress I had was well worth the money. The young pair delivering my items were very helpful. Would recommend

Positive experience
We received helpful and friendly advice when visiting Bensons for Beds store in Taunton. It resulted in a sale and we are very happy with the bed frame purchased. The two assistants Warren and Daniel were very friendly and knew what they were doing putting the bed together for us. This was a great help.

The service from the salesperson was fantastic.
The service from the salesperson was fantastic. Very professional. Answered any questions we had and made it totally hassle free. The delivery men Tom the driver and Nathan the driver’s assistant were also very professional and went the extra mile and even offered to take the bed upstairs for us which was very helpful. We were also kept fully informed about when our delivery was expected All round professionalism. I would highly recommend this Company.

Great service, highly recommended
Great service from beginning to end by Bensons For Beds in Taunton..
Rob patiently talked us through all the Sealy mattress options then left us for a while so we could try them over and over again.
Once we selected the one we wanted the purchase process was easy.
On delivery day, team turned up on time, took the mattress upstairs with no complaints (room of your choice sir).
Easy end to end process and the bed delivered was the one we selected.
Cant say better than that!

We knew what type of mattress we would…
We knew what type of mattress we would need when we visited the Taunton store yesterday. We met Colin after I rang the store for a chat and arranged to go in and see the mattresses for ourselves.
Colin is quite a character. Direct which we like. Really knowledgeable from many years experience. We tried 3 or 4 mattresses and purchased a mattress. Now awaiting delivery. Thank you Colin.

Great service, we had to exchange a faulty mattress, Colin in the Taunton store was very helpful, we had a new mattress within a few weeks.

I was served by Rob in the Taunton and this is the second time he has served me. He was amazing. Very professional and friendly. He helped me find my products and looked for great deals on the after care. Excellent experience. I would not go anywhere else when purchasing a bed.
