Mattress
We unfortunately had a faulty mattress within the guarantee period for the 1st time & had to report it. Customer services were very helpful.
We had to take lots of photos of it & the bed base & answer a lot of questions which I understand to make sure we got a replacement one. Was continually updated by company. We chose a new mattress & very helpful in store too. Also updated regularly about delivery of mattress on the day & delivery guys were very good & respectful & rang me 30mins before delivery too. Customer service by Bensons for Beds great all round. Would recommend.

Helpful staff and comfy mattress
The staff at Benson for beds in Worcester were very helpful and courteous. Once I had explained what I was looking for, I was left on my own to check and experience the mattress comfort for myself without any "over the shoulder," interference. Once I had decided what mattress and other extras that I wanted, the lady member of staff took my order and gave me a reasonable delivery date. All in all a enjoyable experience.

A pleasant experience.
So. 9am on a Saturday morning; me, my partner and our two young boys wondered into store and was greeted by a gentleman called Gary. I’m not sure it was our intention to walk out having purchased a bad but that’s exactly what happened. Both boys running around pulling pillows off all the beds, disappearing every two minutes, me and my partner chasing after them, and in the mist of that was Gary. He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and made the whole experience very pleasant. He spent over an hour with us while we chased the boys around and test drive about 20 different beds. We later found out through conversation that he had only worked there 5 weeks or so which was impressive given the service provided. If you’re in the market for a bed, pop in and have a browse, you might walk out with a few less pennies but it would have been absolutely worth it. We can wait for our new bed to arrive. We are now super kings!

Poor quality and poor customer service
At no point in the proceedings of my complaint have I had a courteous reply from any of my emails , I have had to continually call for update .
The mattress shows POOR tolerance after only being 3 years old ( not even half way through its guarantee !)
They declined my complaint .. explaining that the gaps between the bed slats was to big .. even tho we weren’t given on any written or verbal advise on what base was acceptable and continued with the sale!
So now in dispute ! Looking at the reply below I have not received any further help or information to conclude our dispute . WILL NEVER USE BENSONS AGAIN !!!!
