I spoke to these bunch of jokers in regards to buying a vehicle they had listed I have never been spoken to in such a way in all my 66 years the sales director was rude and belittling not the way to sell expensive luxury cars AVOID

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I bought a car from them and before I’d even made it home, the engine warning lights came on. When I contacted them, they brushed it off and told me “the warranty will sort it” and advised me to take it to an independent garage.

The independent dealership contacted them directly and also checked with the warranty company, only to find out there was actually NO valid warranty on the car. It had apparently been cancelled back in January after multiple previous claims had already been made against it.

The vehicle had numerous faults from day one, and the dealership refused to properly resolve the issues, so I rejected the car and demanded a refund. Returning the car then turned into weeks of stress, phone calls, emails, and fighting to get my money back. They held onto £500 of my £10,000 deposit for no valid reason and only returned the remaining money after pressure and threats of action from Close Brothers Finance.

Very dishonest experience from start to finish. I’d strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to think twice and get absolutely everything checked independently before handing over any money. Please be careful don’t deal with these cowboys.

I was also told the car had a ghost alarm and also stated on the advert. For weeks they delayed me collecting the car saying it had an exhaust sensor fault and I can collect next week. Next week came 3 weeks later. No ghost alarm when I got there! I was told I’m getting confused with another car! Lucky I took screenshots of the advertisement and also found the ghost alarm booklet and instructions in the glove box.
These guys are crooks. AVOID. Now I understand why they changed company names recently.

Told me it came with the locking wheel but and then when it arrived it hadn’t come with that, I’ve then had to pay out loads of money on the car because they left me with problems, offered me £250.00 which I did actually accept considering how much I have actually had to spend on the car and then started being rude to me when I asked nicely when I will recieve it and I have not received the £250.00, it’s gone past the date they said I would recieve it by and they are ignoring my emails.

They bait and switched with the price and then when I drove it home the tire was flat.

Profesional . Lots of information given . Very friendly staff. I would gladly recommend.

Unfortunately I purchased a car from this company and one month later they have still not provided an invoice and warranty promised for the car. My advice would be to avoid this trader as they do not want to provide documents expected of a reputable dealer. I have tried emailing and calling for the invoice/warranty but just get no reply or promises that are not delivered. Sorry I don't normally write bad reviews but have no other option as very poor service and left with a car with no warranty.

This company is what gives car dealers a bad name, I recently bought a vehicle from them that was described as having no damage, and as I was quite a distance away I asked for a detailed description and after be assured that the vehicle was as new i then purchased the vehicle, once the money had been paid the correspondence stopped I asked several questions and received no answers, I had a transport company collect the vehicle and when it was delivered to me I was absolutely horrified, there isn't 1 panel that hasn't been painted and badly at that. There is only 1 key and no service books nor owners manuals present with the vehicle, I would strongly advise any one considering buying from this company to avoid like the plague. Worst experience I have ever had, and definitely the worst vehicle I have ever had.
