We found it easy to inflate, it's good that it higher up than others off the floor.
Not used it for more than two nights, so can't say how it would stand up if used for a longer period.

Speed of delivery and updates along with the great service from the delivery team.

My inflatable mattress never arrived. I had to ring re the fiasco with the courier then had to ring to request my refund when the mattress was returned to sender as the courier failed to deliver.

The product was well worth the price our grand daughter really likes the product.our problem was with the two day delivery promised which actually took 5 days to be delivered we received a text saying that the product was to large and had to wait for a larger van

The website stated express delivery within 2 working days yet over a week later it was still not dispatched

Fast delivery excellent product

Fast and reliable service. We have a Bestway outdoor pool that we love, but I always forget to order filters until the summer when they are impossible to get hold of, so I was proactive for next summer and now we are stocked up. I was in no rush to receive them, but they arrived fast and were exactly what I ordered.

Excellent service. Item as described and inflated easily. Tested by leaving it inflated overnight and found no air leaks. Yet to sleep on it but it appears comfortable, it will be used over the festive season and beyond from time to time. Reversing the pump allowed easy deflation of the airbed too.

Terrible company. Avoid. I bought an expensive above ground pool and the liner was faulty. They made me jump through hoops to get a new one. They use the cheapest delivery service / provider possible. The item arrived, scratched, box battered and in a right state! Avoid Bestway, plenty of better alternatives with decent customer service.

Only problem is you guys use Evri as your courier. Their service is absolutely abysmal and you really should stop using them. I waited longer than necessary to receive my goods as Evri left it lying in their depot for 5 days and when they did deliver it they didn't follow my requested instructions. They left it by my front door in the pouring rain, thankfully it was wrapped in plastic, and where it could be seen and stolen.

To be honest, I'd think twice about buying directly from you because of Evri and would buy your products from Amazon instead.

The product was delivered promptly and appears to be what was sold. I haven’t used it yet so I can’t give a full review. It looks good so far.

I would give zero stars if I could. Service is terrible. Takes days for a response for customer service and it’s impossible to speak to anyone. Wrong product was delivered in a very damaged box and now the product I wanted is no longer in stock, probably because it takes them forever to reply. Now they want to collect it and are refusing to provide warranty on the product they actually delivered if I kept it. Will never buy from them again.

The bed is great . Very comfy .

Comfortable airbed. Well made. I used to feel body pains in normal mattress but all of those pains disappeared. I use it as normal mattress. Doesn’t deflate. Needs little air after 6 days. This airbed is sturdy

Inflation system is terrible, even £10 mats do not deflate when pumping. No matter how I tried to fix the rubber it kept letting air through. Lasted 2 nights, woke up on the ground today. Disappointed I do not know why I ordered a second mat without testing the first one for longer. I thought these mats were made for - degrees. I had a sleeping bag liner wrapped around it and my back felt like I was sleeping on ice in 6 degrees Celsius weather. I’m never buying anything from this company again wasted £100 or more pounds for nothing. Would be better off sleeping on the ground at least there wouldn’t be as much hassle trying to blow it up and fold it back in

All I was hoping for that the paddle board would be ok for me as a beginner.

Having used it several times now I am astonished by how excellent it is 🎉
I was able to stand up in no time and quickly gained confidence.

It’s robust and stable and comes with excellent accessories.

On a 4 mile river trip I had to use the kayak seat and paddle conversion on the 2 mile return journey as there was a bit of a head wind.
It was excellent - the board went straight, thanks to the easy to install fin and cut through the water quickly 👍

My girlfriend bought one as well
(She used to teach paddle boarding on The Okanogan Lake in BC, Canada) and she was very impressed too.

I rarely give reviews but felt I had to in this instance to say how excellent the board is for the price we paid.
