We were meant to be at a dance competition held at this venue today and WOW ‼️
After hours of waiting to be let in nobody showed up leaving hundreds of dancers and parents who had all travelled far and wide for this dance competition with nothing else to do other than turn around and go home !
The promoter of this competition tried everything in her powers and nobody wanted to answer the phone when all they needed to do was open the gates and the doors !
How this business is able to take bookings and money off people is beyond me as they have disrupted and disrespected hundreds of people today and have done nothing to help !
Highly recommend you do not use this venue

We are very sorry for the disappointment and frustration caused today regarding the dance competition at our venue. We completely understand the inconvenience this caused to the dancers, parents, teachers, and organisers who had travelled considerable distances and were left waiting outside.
After investigating the situation, it has become clear that the staff member responsible for opening the venue had unfortunately mixed up the event dates and believed the booking was scheduled for another day. While this was a genuine human error, we fully appreciate that this does not lessen the disruption and upset caused to everyone involved.
We would also like to acknowledge the efforts made by the competition promoter throughout the morning to contact us and resolve the situation. We sincerely apologise that communication was not handled as it should have been at the time.
Please be assured that we are taking this matter extremely seriously and are reviewing our internal procedures to ensure this cannot happen again in the future. We understand the trust placed in us when events are booked at our venue, and we regret that on this occasion, we fell far below the standard expected.
Once again, we offer our sincere apologies to everyone affected today.

Great experience
The gym is a great size and not overwhelming.
The staff have been polite and helpful every visit.
You can see its kept tidy and clean which is great.
Any faulty equipment has been replaced within an adequate time frame.
All in all a great experience of a gym.
