Swim cancelled due to private hire without notice
Booked on a swim session. Arranged child care and when I arrived I discovered that the session had been cancelled due to a private booking and no notice was provided. On this same visit a man in the sauna area shared shower took his penis out and urinated in the shared shower. Staff on site were brilliant but these issues just simply shouldn’t have happened

We sincerely regret to learn that your swim session was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances at the leisure centre, and that you did not receive prior notification before arriving. Additionally, we are disheartened to hear about the inappropriate behaviour of another customer in the shower area. Please be assured that we do not condone such conduct, and we will address this matter with the individual involved.

Advertised as a gym with classes but there are no classes on offer apart from
An aqua class . Misleading and unfair advertising . Membership cancelled .

Thank you for your review.
We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your membership at the Broadway leisure centre. However, we are sorry to hear that there are not enough Fitness Instructors to assist you with your workout. Please be aware that Fitness Instructors are only in the Gym to ensure all customers are safe when using the equipment and to make sure equipment is replaced back to their domain. If you would like a tailored workout programme you would need to hire a Personal Trainer as this is not something we offer.
