Company can improve if you keep the justice. Company force people to pay for the facilities that they don't want to use. It's black mailing that either you pay for all the facilities or you can't use the leisure center.

The equipment and facilities are great
The equipment and facilities are great. Changing and bathroom could be cleaner. So far, the staff are the worse part. They haven't talked to me or noticed me as a member, they just seem to be their, don't even say hi. The receptionist is nice, doesn't say anything to me but at least they notice I'm there. On my first day, I was having trouble finding my way around and there was a staff member on the reception desk and they clearly saw me but did ask if I needed help.

The gym is always dirty
The gym is always dirty, the women's changing room is disgusting, there are no full body mirrors only a small mirror next to a hair dryer which means we get dressed blindly. We have to stand outside in the cold/rain until they open at six, we are never allowed to use the studio room for our circuit training instead we are told to work upstairs where there is stationary equipment and a blatant safety issue. And we pay £39 for this which is not value for money. Thankfully Pure gym opens next month in the town centre (it's a twenty four hour gym) so majority of us have signed up to join them and we no longer have to endure Better gym with it's family of rats living outside the building.

Every time booking and too short time just 3 hours …
Every time you have to book a session for an activity that you are doing for junior and also the gym is open like 3 hours a day so can you make it 24/7 a week so that every time you wish to come , just come and go to your activities .

Junior gym sessions are scheduled to start after school or college, allowing junior members to use the gym and facilities before evening peak hours.
We hope you enjoy using the facilities and on weekend there are more Junior gym sessions available for you to attend.

All in all
All in all, I’m really pleased with the service I have received so far and with the facilities I have visited. Customer services were also excellent helping with a complex problem.
My main love so far is that I can choose a fitness class From a variety of different local centres to suit when I am available and feel like exercising. The studio facilities are spot on.

Birthday Party - attentive and accommodating staff
We recently held a birthday party for my 5 year old at Canons Mitcham and were pleased to be able to utilise the new soft play area. It was extremely clean and safe and the children absolutely loved the space. We had children ranging from 2-10 years old and all found something to entertain them.
After our soft play session we were escorted back to the main building for snacks and cake cutting (self purchased). The staff were so accommodating and attentive providing extra tables and chairs for our guests and regularly checking we were satisfied, Claire and her colleague stood out particularly for us on the day. They allowed us to use the changing areas to dress some surprise mascots to entertain the children and even assisted with our tidy up.
Managers James and Ashleigh went over and above to ensure our day was a success and we’d recommend the venue for any young party. Thank you!

I wasn't told that I had to pay for a booked activity if I couldn't attend due to unforseen circumstances. I had a membership and feel that this is daylight robbery!!! Disappointed 😞

Since day one I’ve felt welcomed by the team and in special the Personal Trainer Nicolo, as I’m new to gym & fitness I’ve been showed how all the workout machines work, the cleaning of the space is spot on, will definitely keep my membership until I’ve achieved my goals and beyond.

Extremely dirty equipment, dust build-up for years, ventilation system super dust, not enough light, unprofessional young staff. God knows how membership in that place can cost £37.
