My son has just started swimming lessons here and we are very impressed. Easy to book, clean and modern facilities, and the teachers were great. He was very nervous going in but loved it! Better/GL... Voir plus

instructors are great, classes are really good and the areas are clean and look tidy but the timetable doesn't always match up to what is going on.. spin is usually an hour on Wednesdays but the timet... Voir plus

friendly staff, clean changing rooms and gym, not over crowded. the only negative is the lack of lower back training devices

Staff are very helpful
Helpful staff and great service! A special shout-out to Matt at reception for his excellent knowledge, and thanks to his assistance, I have signed my 11-year-old son up for a junior gym membership.
Plus, the membership comes with a bunch of great benefits—I would definitely recommend it

Good sized building
Good sized building, fairly modern . Large swimming pool with good temperature. Showers were somewhat chilly .

Nice clean facilities
Nice clean facilities, however I do miss the days where there were staff at the reception desk. I had trouble with the self scan and there was no one around to ask for help. This has happened multiple times.

Generally a very good experience. However I’ve knocked a star off because of the non existent monitoring of disabled parking spaces. Every time I try to park they are full - not a problem if people just get there first. That’s the way it goes. BUT most of the people parked there do not display a parking permit and are just taking spaces through being lazy and inconsiderate.
If the staff popped out every 30-60mins and left a prewritten note letting the car owner know that would have an impact.

Having done the pulmonary rehab course…
Having done the pulmonary rehab course I’m now just completing the Be Active Gyn course. The instructors are great and really look after you. I will keep it ip now. Carterton and Witney are both very friend and have a great mix of people. It’s not all skinny people in Lycra. So don’t be daunted give it a try.
