Good place to swim
Good place to swim, if you'll go at the time around 3 - 4 pm (as I'm doing) there is enough space to swim with no interruptions (2-3 trucks - the rest for kinds that have a swimming lessons). The thing I'm not happy with is that many parents are coming in the the changing room without taking their shoots off, and there is noone who would ask them to do it. One more thing: many of them parents are standing right by the swimming pool entrance (between changing room and swimming pool) and this space is always so crowded - they've got seats at the upper floor, where they can watch their kids... the same situation - there is noone who would ask them to do so.

Great atmosphere but a bit pricey!
Nice atmosphere and great instructors however space is limited especially when classes are fully booked. A bit pricey for very limited services.

The staff are excellent and instructor are very patience with my daughters. Both my daughter look forwards to their swimming lessons every week.

It’s such a nice experience to be able to book the fitness class and get on it. Also the staff are very cordial and friendly. Helping to achieve desired goals and the environment so welcoming. However the pool need a bit of warmth.

Good choice of classes
Good choice of classes. Very nice staff. Showers need upgrading in the Chingford centre in the communal swimming pool area and upstairs, women’s toilets and wash basins in the changing room.

Swim for fitness
The membership problem I was experiencing was cleared up quickly and effectively by the customer service team Thanks so much.
I swim regularly at the local pool and the staff are always friendly and approachable Changing Village is kept clean but the showers could do with being a little warmer and more powerful.

Um well uh u could say it was freezing…
Um well uh u could say it was freezing in the pool even with a warm suit top on!I felt the teachers were strict especially Franco.um and uh we were only swimming lengths which was boring and tiring sooo ya.from Lola age 10.

The employees are helpful
The employees are helpful. We're generally satisfied. But the showers often don't work properly. Sometimes they're too hot, sometimes too cold. We're there every Friday between 6 and 7, and some teenage boys who come in during those hours damage the lockers. Sometimes the stalls smell strongly of urine.
