I use Copeland pool gym and aqua regularly the staff are so friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble and they make my visit a pleasure and I look forward to to my visit 5 times a week

Excellent I did not get the name of the instructor at (Copeland) was a male and my daughter (6) was very nervous and can’t swim… he was very caring and made her at ease and even let me (Mam) stay in... Voir plus

Copeland pool staff are amazing

I have just become a member
I have just become a member, I’m frustrated with the booking system. It always seems to be a waiting a list that I’m put on. The classes go on at 22.00 pm for the next week. You are notified by emails if a class becomes available. I work 5 days a week & by the time I open the email the class is not available. I feel I am not getting the benefit from my membership.

Reception staff lovely
Reception staff lovely, class i went to was fun.
Unfortunately the cleanliness let it down changing rooms smelly and dirty along with the toliets.

It is so handy having the choice of joining a gym with a pool, then having the option to join other local and national, me and my kids love the swimming baths

Joining the whitehaven swimming baths
I went to the baths to enquire on how to join the swimming and find out times and what to do etc.
It was pretty busy at the time but a young guy on the reception explained about the app helped me download it, he also explained how you book in. He was really kind and went over and above to help me set up my membership. Thanks to him I am enjoying my swims. I have noticed that all the staff in the whitehaven swimming baths are really polite and friendly, which helps when you walk in a new place alone. Thanks everyone.

Friendly, helpful staff . Pool is very clean and maintained.
Downside for me is the changing rooms , they need a good clean and maintained better. Flip flops are a must am afraid.

To busy overcrowding seam to allow to many people in each session and allow people to use floats to dawdle in fast lane swimming also lots of people just booking sessions and not showing up

We are disappointed to hear you have had an issue with overcrowding.
Our centres are very popular and we do give the option for people to book specific sessions so that this does not happen.
If customers book and don't show up, they do lose their slot and do not get their ticket price returned.
