Thank you for your review.
I am very sorry to hear of your recent experience when you attended the John Orwell leisure centre. We pride ourselves on our Customer Service Excellence so I am sorry to hear that this is not the service you received. All our memberships are sold online and customers are able to purchase this online, however if you wish to do this at the centre you would be directed to the IPads so you could self serve. If you experience difficulties during the sign up process the staff are at the centre to guide you through the process.
In regards to the Fitness Class you booked and the Instructor did not attend, we sincerely apologise for this. Due to sickness and personal circumstances a class may be cancelled at short notice but we will try our best to find a cover Instructor if we are notified in time so the class can go ahead. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused when your class was cancelled. We hope you can continue to enjoy your membership at the John Orwell Sports centre and the great activities they have available.
