Great soft play birthday party
We recently had a soft play birthday party for my daughter at Keynsham Leisure Centre. Everything was very well organised, set up, clean, and the staff were fantastic. My daughter and her friends all had a great time and I would recommend this for parties.

Good centre - could do with more memmbership options
Wanted to join a local gym/leisure centre mainly for going to the gym and occasional swimming. There is a bit of a lack of membership options, you basically have to have a full membership, which is quite costly, and gives access to everything - fitness classes etc - even if you know you wont use them. My previous leisure cenre in Wiltshire offered things like gym only or 'gym and swim' etc = priced accordingly. Its a little frustrating there are not more membership options catering to different needs of members. Some people may never want to use the gym, or never want fitness classes, or never want swimming etc, but pretty much the only options are all or nothing (there is a range of peak/off peak, OAP, corporate rates etc - but they all still include everything)
Centre has no car park, so if you dont live in walking distance also a bit of a pain having to use a council or private car park and pay additonal costs on top of the membership fee - most other leisure or sports centres have car parks.
Gym is quite small, but everything is well maintained and people are generally welcoming and friendly. The pool is really nice, good tempature, again seems well maintained and never gets too busy.
The app and booking systems are really good.

Soft play for bday party
We organised our daughter’s 4th birthday party in the Keynsham Leisure Centre Soft play. The staff have been absolutely amazing, friendly, accommodating and personable. They prepared everything in time for us, and have been really flexible. My daughter and all her friends had an amazing time despite the warm June’s date. It helped that the studio rooms have air conditioning.

Excellent soft play party experience
We had an absolutely fantastic experience with my daughter's soft play party. The staff were so attentive and helpful, and everything ran really smoothly. Nicola was incredibly helpful responding to all of my questions in the build up too! My daughter and all of her friends had a wonderful time and I'd really recommend this as a party venue.

Swimming party

I want to thank the team for helping…
I want to thank the team for helping when I had problems with logging on to my app today.
Nicola in particular was very helpful at the front desk and so were her colleagues Elliot and Jacob who tried everything to get it sorted. Jacob managed to sort it and emailed me at home to check if it was now working and it was.
Thank you to the whole team and see you tomorrow when I check in again to one of my many super fitness classes and sessions I attend.

Awful App system

Experience was good
Experience was good, it was listed as aqua aerobics, but it was more like water kick boxing, which was alright but not what I initially expected. Being a new member, I didn’t have a clue about the procedure but the friendly staff explained, and I just followed everyone else to find out more. The booking for next sessions confused me a bit, but I’m sure the more I use the ap, the easier it will become.

2 children now in swim lessons
Both my children now have swimming lessons here, my son started this week age 4, I was so impressed with how his first lesson went, confident and on his back, travelling independently with a noodle, my daughter has thrived since starting at age 4, love the coaches and Vicky the head coach is amazing!
