I have always wanted a peak time membership, it took some time but I got the deal I needed and I am currently enjoying the newly fitted gym, less hassles and this sets me up for the day fit and well.

Badminton Courts
Came for badminton, court itself was good. There was a spare court next to us that a couple of us waiting to play were using to hit about, and we had that spare court booked later, the earliest available slot for it. Despite us being the only people in the hall, the staff came in to take the spare court down saying that there is nothing in here till later on. They just left us with the space but no net despite them having to come back later to set it up again. I get that we didn't have it booked, but it seemed unnecessary to take this down when we were the only ones in the space. If we could have we would have booked the two courts from the start, but we were unable to book it earlier as it was not available on the booking platform. Was told this is because that space is usually used at that time, but was not this evening. Would be great if the platform could change to allow for bookings if there is the space.

Fun at the sobell. Sobell fun! I took my grandson and some friends to….
I took my grandson and some friends to Sobell centre and I had got the wrong tickets, they couldn’t give me my money back at the desk and told me to get in touch with customer services, so I had to buy more tickets for the active multi play that I wanted. Customer services were extremely kind and helped me sort out the refund by giving me credit on my account for the next time I want to take the grandchildren. Thank you better!

Poor SEND gymnastics
It's so hard to find send gymnastics classes and when I read on Sobell website about their SEND gymnastics classes I was excited, it said not to arrive late because you miss warm up. We got there and it was pretty much a stay and play and the teacher is you. She learnt nothing to do with gymnastics and was bored before our time was up not knowing what to do. I would look elsewhere for gymnastics classes for children with SEND.

Brought few children for the multi zone…
Brought few children for the multi zone active play today and whilst they all had a great time, us parents were concerned on the amount of people allowed in the area both in multi zone and the active play which is the soft play bit. It was extremely crowded and just felt very chaotic.
My daughter celebrated her birthday in the active play
Last month and we had the same issue of overcrowding and pure chaos. We had 21 kids and was given a tiny space in the party room where all kids were squeezed and uncomfortable. It was such a shame as the play areas are really great but the running and management of it lacks control. I understand that the place has to make money but if it continues with how it's being run at the moment, it will start failing and accidents will start happening.
We do love the place and the facilities that infact, I booked my son's birthday in Nov at multizone active play. I just hope the management will listen and sort out the overcrowding issue and chaotic nature of the place.

Today I visited the gym very pleasant…
Today I visited the gym very pleasant staff very helpful, lovely atmosphere.
I then had booked in for a sauna and steam only to find out once I was in that area that the sauna was not working and has not been working for the past six months this would’ve been very helpful when booking or when being at the Entre told by a member of staff that the sauna was not working Also, the steam room wasn’t very hot.

My daughter's leg was unfortunately…
My daughter's leg was unfortunately severely burned, requiring me to take a month off from gymnastics classes. I shared this with Better customer service, and the freezing process was completed immediately. I wasn't expecting it to happen so quickly.

Excellent customer service and experience
We attended today for the multi zone activity. From entering, Tee at the reception desk was super friendly and kind. Aminata at the desk for the activity area was very helpful and friendly. We recently hosted a birthday party for…
We recently hosted a birthday party for our toddler and her 10 friends. They absolutely loved the softplay and party room. The team at Sobell was quick to respond with planning and was incredibly helpful on the day of. Lance made sure all of the guests knew where they were going. Thank you Sobell for making our little one's day so special. We'll book again for sure!

Bad experience
It is really horrendous that it is not possible to buy the ticket on the spot. I downloaded the app on the spot to make tickets but it's really complicated. Moral of the story a truly horrendous experience

I decided to take me 7 year son out…
I decided to take me 7 year son out today to the Sobell Centre Active play area. Shortly after arriving there, they asked me to book online, so I went ahead and did so!. To my annoyance, we book, I logged back into my account no booking was not showing up! Want nonsense if a slot is available took book then it’s available that day correct, I’ll never step one foot in that place again! I’m disappointed and disgusted by this. Short out your booking system how are you charging me then I can’t take my son inside! If payed the goods should be delivered

Sobells Active Multi Zone…
Attended Sobells Active Multi Zone launch event over the weekend & it was incredible. I took 5 boys aged 9-11 and they all thoroughly enjoyed themselves and were worn out by the end of the session. Staff were friendly and interacted with the children which was good to see. The zip line was great fun and despite the queues all kids managed to have a turn. Will definitely be returning soon.

Brilliant new kids area Sobell
On Saturday I Took my Daughters to the brand new multi zone area at Sobell It was brilliant they had the best time!!! The space is huge the Zip line was amazing!!
They can not wait to go back!!!

Perfect day out for kids in Islington
Went to the open day for Sobells new Active Multi Zone Arena Today. Was absolutely amazing. Great day out for kids they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The Sky Ride was a big hit. Food and Slushes from their cafe was great too. Definitely recommend if looking for something to do in London / Islington!
