Every single time I attempt to login
Every single time I attempt to login, register or use your system it tells me it has not worked and expects me to re register. This is hugely frustrating and I am not at all impressed.

The issue is that when you try to log in, you set up a new account each time, so you cannot access it with your email address.

I set up a membership for my lad. The issue I have is, when you cancel a membership and then renew it a few months later, the induction youths have already done, doesn't automatically state that on the app, but in the centre, it does. So you can't make a booking until the desk has sorted it.

First time using this gym
First time using this gym, I have used other gyms in the area. Online booking is ok but the app is a bit glitchy. There’s no way to contact anyone at the gym. I was told I’d get a phone call and it never happened. I’ve emailed the personal trainer and no response. I did my first class and not at any point did the instructor as if anyone was new or if anyone had any injuries they should be aware of. Luckily other members were helpful in explaining what equipment would be needed for the class as the instructor didn’t advise. The most concerning is the mats used for class are all rolled up and there’s no facilities to wipe them down after a class, so if someone is sweating and then the mat is rolled up it cannot dry and it’s not cleaned from the previous user. Other gyms provide wet wipes. Considering we are post pandemic you’d think they’d still have cleanliness as a priority, I wonder how often these mats are unrolled and actually cleaned. I’d definitely recommend bringing your own workout mat. I wish the app had more info as to what the class entails. Most of the class descriptions are written similarly so it’s hard to understand what’s involved. Everyone seems pleasant enough. It’s early days so will see what the rest of the place is like.

Its just perfect
Its just perfect. Good equipment, very easy to use and very good environment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a gym with great facilities and people to. However the only thing I will complain about is the track facilities as there is almost nothing available there and just the track which is a bit upsetting as I would love to go there and be able to do a variety of events.

I joined recently and the staff have been really helpful. I has an introduction to the gym and the staff member was really thorough and helpful as all new equipment to me. Premises very clean.

It's a great place to train with all the different facilities available and a freshly refurbished gym. Above all the staff are great and very helpful, especially Phil,Russel,Mark,Craig and Sophie.

The gym is superb
I love using the gym at my local better centre. Signing in is quick and easy, and it has great facilities. The staff are also really patient and helpful, and it makes me feel so much more comfortable.

Incredibly angry that you’ve changed…
Incredibly angry that you’ve changed our membership terms and introduced payments for fitness classes that were previously free!! How is that good service? Yes, my wife and I have a ‘gym only’ membership, but why change it now? And without any notice. Not impressed!

Having reviewed the account, we can confirm that when the membership was originally set up, this was purchased as a Gym Only Membership. Due to an error on our system, the membership had been incorrectly allowing access to facilities beyond what was included within this membership type.
We have recently corrected this so that the membership now reflects the Gym Only Membership originally selected when joining. We understand this may have come as an unexpected change and apologise for any confusion caused.
If you would like to continue enjoying full access at The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Centre, we would be more than happy to upgrade the membership to a Better Health Centre Membership for £37.00 per month. Alternatively, the centre team would also be happy to discuss the available membership options with you directly.

Queens diamond jubilee centre
I love this gym ,its just such a nice place to be ,the gym is brilliant ,the staff ,the people ,the pool is great i use the main pool and on the weekend the studio with my grandson ,we also use the soft play
I use the sauna and steam room too ,i personally wouldnt go anywhere else

Staff are very helpful

It’s great to know that our staff have been so helpful to you.
Fitness classes are very popular, and bookings open 7 days in advance. For example, if you want to book a Tuesday class, the bookings will be released at 10 pm the Tuesday before. We recommend jumping online right then to grab your spot.
You can also add yourself to a waiting list if a class you want is full, and we’ll send you an email if a spot opens up due to a cancellation.
