If you contact us, you'll be speaking to someone at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate. They are as close as you can be to the heart of our business without being sat next to the bread ovens, so you will be in expert hands.
We aim for perfection but from time to time things don't go to plan, so if the worst happens we will always do all we can to put it right.
Every person in our team has the authority to make decisions on their own, so they will do their best to fix things there and then. They will only pass you along or check in with a colleague when the question absolutely requires it.

Marzipan & sponge cakes 🧁 box of 4
We always have the marzipan and sponge cakes 🧁
in a box of 4. They are very scrumptious 😋 and they
do different shapes throughout the year. Some
times they are in the form of orange Halloween 🎃
cakes or little green cauliflowers etc. We also
like the cheeky rascals they do different sizes, but
we like the small mixed flavours like chocolate, orange and 🍒 cherry.

The presentation box was loosely packed…
The presentation box was loosely packed so arrived battered and in an ungiftable state. Very disappointing. The food product itself was great but the impact ruined.

First class food, safe secure delivery
I use Bettys to send goodies to an Aunt in the south, she is housebound and loves Bettys marzipan and fruit cakes etc. I know with Bettys I can warn her of delivery times so she does not miss the delivery, plus it keeps her safe.
This year she particularly loved the Marzipan pigs.

Ordered a hamper
Ordered a hamper, which included fresh scones for a friends special day. Delivery did not happen on the requested day, arriving the following day, which was too late. Also, on Betties advice, the fresh scones needed to be eaten within 1 day of the original delivery date. Not great.
Advised Bettys what had happened and I received an apology. At the very least, a fresh packet of scones could have been despatched. Other than that a lovely, if expensive, product.

We can see from the email correspondence with Customer Support, that we asked if you would contact us if the scones in the parcel were out of date - we would then have sent some replacement items, however I'm afraid we didn't receive any further feedback from you. Again, we are very sorry for any confusion, or upset this may have caused.

Parcel left damaged in the rain
The fat rascals themselves were excellent, but (not Betty’s fault) the decorative box the fat rascals were in, plus the external packaging , were all crushed in transit, and the DPD driver didn’t ring the doorbell or knock, but left the parcel out side in the rain ! Suggest get new deliverers .
