If you contact us, you'll be speaking to someone at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate. They are as close as you can be to the heart of our business without being sat next to the bread ovens, so you will be in expert hands.
We aim for perfection but from time to time things don't go to plan, so if the worst happens we will always do all we can to put it right.
Every person in our team has the authority to make decisions on their own, so they will do their best to fix things there and then. They will only pass you along or check in with a colleague when the question absolutely requires it.
We want every Bettys experience to be a happy one so if you're in any way disappointed with your service, do call or email. We're here to help.

Really lovely thank you. Sent this to my 82 year old pal for her birthday and she was truly delighted and now wants to go to Betty’s for tea. Since she lives near Milton Keynes and I live in Skegness this may be tricky but we may do it in York, but no worries the online stuff is absolutely amazing if we don’t make it. Thank you, Lynn

Excellent company from which to order
Having decided on which of the delicious items to order, placing the order and choosing a delivery date from Betty's was extremely easy. Then, when our order arrived, on the chosen day, it was beautifully packed and in perfect condition. I thoroughly recommend ordering online from Betty's and would definitely order from from them again, the inclusion of a £5 voucher against my next purchase, was an added bonus. Thank you!

Marzipan & sponge cakes 🧁 box of 4
We always have the marzipan and sponge cakes 🧁
in a box of 4. They are very scrumptious 😋 and they
do different shapes throughout the year. Some
times they are in the form of orange Halloween 🎃
cakes or little green cauliflowers etc. We also
like the cheeky rascals they do different sizes, but
we like the small mixed flavours like chocolate, orange and 🍒 cherry.
