If you contact us, you'll be speaking to someone at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate. They are as close as you can be to the heart of our business without being sat next to the bread ovens, so you will be in expert hands.
We aim for perfection but from time to time things don't go to plan, so if the worst happens we will always do all we can to put it right.
Every person in our team has the authority to make decisions on their own, so they will do their best to fix things there and then. They will only pass you along or check in with a colleague when the question absolutely requires it.

Excellent delivery of goods
Excellent delivery of goods, but feel their length of time to use their discount vouchers falls way short. It's an expensive way to send goods and not everyone can afford to use their discount codes within a few weeks of receiving them and am herewith unsubscribing from their service.

Chipped a tooth
This was a gift for my Dad for Father’s Day and whilst he was excited about the present and the cake was good, he chipped a tooth on the chocolate ginger biscuits! Rock hard.

A gift for a friend
I placed an on line order as a gift for delivery to a friend only 2 days before her birthday. The ordering process was easy and I was kept informed as the order was processed and dispatch. It was delivered early in the morning of her birthday and she was delighted. I would certainly recommend Betty's and will definitely use then again

A really good cake
Everything about the order was first rate. Ordering was easy, with a phone call. Being able to speak to someone is a definite bonus. The cake was fantastic and well appreciated. Delivery was amazing. When I saw the delivery man holding it vertically under his arm (despite ‘this way up’ stickers) I was horrified but the cake was so well packed that it arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely order from Bettys again.

Slow delivery
Delivery was supposed to be 3rd or 4th September. Arrived 7th September. Very disappointing as this was a birthday present - birthday 4th September . Betty’s have apologised for the delay, but this was not their fault. I think they should take this up with Royal Mail.
