We're a family business and we believe in treating our customers like family too.
If you contact us, you'll be speaking to someone at our Craft Bakery in Harrogate. They are as close as you can be to the heart of our business without being sat next to the bread ovens, so you will be in expert hands.
We aim for perfection but from time to time things don't go to plan, so if the worst happens we will always do all we can to put it right.
Every person in our team has the authority to make decisions on their own, so they will do their best to fix things there and then. They will only pass you along or check in with a colleague when the question absolutely requires it.
We want every Bettys experience to be a happy one so if you're in any way disappointed with your service, do call or email. We're here to help.

Although the sell by date was limiting- freezing was the best option. Tasted scrumptious even though they had been frozen.

The cake was really lovely the problem…
The cake was really lovely the problem was that although a card was included it did not have my message on it !!! So the recipient did not know who it was from & did not get his birthday message very disappointing.

Undecorated fruit cake
Un decorated fruit cake wanted. Emailed then phoned Karen at customer services and she couldn’t have been more helpful! She provided multiple size prices as requested until we found exactly what we wanted. Cake perfect! Sent when and how we requested and arrived well packaged and beautiful. A substantial and heavy cake that tasted and looked amazing. Not cheap, but worth every penny! Thank you

Great packaging
Great packaging. Excellent product. Would prefer less additives though, although my Fat Rascals did not have too many. But there are cakes I will not buy because of the preservatives and other additives. It is possible to make cakes without additives.#

Delicious, excellent quality products as expected from Bettys.
Amazingly well packed too - a Sachertorte arrived in perfect condition despite the couriers putting the box on its side and it then falling upside down!

The order I made was not complete
The order I made was not complete, I needed to cancel the other part of the order. I was offered a refund which I accepted. This order was for a special thank you gift, which unfortunately did not go to plan.
Staff were helpful over the phone, but this was a disappointing experience.

My wife.s birthday (12 September) has a cake ordered.Bettys promised a gift for orders over £50 so I added some Fat Rascals to our birthday cake order.I received several mails marketing Betty products but the gift with the birthday cake was not added to our order and a mail advising of this error was rejected by Bettys admin. I wait to hear how you correct this?

It started out with soup not being to…
It started out with soup not being to standard and as I paid cash hey were unable to refund I agreed to a box of fondant fancies - which they didn’t ask but sent blueberry - can’t eat blueberries! Replaced with box of plai n fondant fancies which were stale all in all not a good experience and definitely not Bettys usual standards

Excellent customer service
I ordered a birthday gift for a friend from Bettys. After checking out and paying I realised I had erronously ordered two of the item instead of one.
I rang customer services and they were so helpful and sorted it out in minutes.
Good customer service is key to a business you feel confident using.
