Had an incorrect delivery from the online shop, which the customer care seemed to ignore when I emailed.
Sorted out in store within a few minutes, and I got a second item for a large discount as there was an in store offer.

Great service
I was unsure on what jackets I wanted for going mountain walking in the winter. Kayleigh who i believe was a manager was lovely and helpful. She asked what types of walks I was going to do and type of terrain. She then gave me options that would fit what I needed and I chose one of the items I like the style.
She was a great help and will definitely visit again.

Helpful staff
Came into blacks on wednesday to shop for a few items for my daughters expedition coming up. A helpful young man Ethan, helped me find most of the items i was looking for and also provided advice on alternatives if the item i was looking for wasn’t in stock. Overall a great experience will definitely be back.
