We had a great experience. Luke was able to show us all the equipment we needed and made helpful suggestions which meant we came away feeling very satisfied with our purchases.

The sales person “Luke” was very polite and well mannered, I had come in with an individual with whom I provide care and has complex Mental Health needs.
He recognised this immediately and got on with processing the items we purchased, he also asked about the Blue Light scheme, unfortunately I don’t have my BL card but was told on the next occasion I will get a discount 🙂👍🏼.
Brilliant service as always from Blacks and it’s staff.
