Angie was amazing.
I needed new walking shoes but because my feet are odd shaped it’s difficult to get the right fit.
She patiently fetched several different pairs and waited whilst I tried them all. Twice ! She was always attentive and had plenty of helpful advice.
Thanks to her perseverance I found exactly what I was looking for. An amazing pair of Goretex walking shoes that fit brilliantly.

Amazing service from Angie and the other female staff member working there today. They were knowledgeable and attentive and really helped me with the items. Angie remembered that I’d been in a few times looking for a particular jacket for my son and as soon as she saw me she mentioned it and checked if they had one. Great friendly service.

I was searching for a warm fleece and waterproof jacket. I found all the staff really friendly, Anna was especially helpful and spent lots of time going through all the various options, comparing reliability of waterproofing vs cost etc., of the different jackets available. I would definitely recommend the team in Black's, Jersey for their helpful advice and great customer service.

I needed two pillows for a camping trip to Namibia. I greeted by the shop assistant, Anna who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and gave me terrific advice. A great shopping experience.

Served by Hannah, confident, knowledgeable, helpful. Although I'd done some preliminary reading about outdoor clothing, about which I knew next to nothing, I didn't really know where to start looking for actual items. Hannah quickly understood that I was looking for something warm, dry, rainproof, windproof and quickly led me to the right stuff. She made my shopping easy & pleasant, otherwise it could have been bewildering.
